Program Benefits
Careers in Sustainability offers a number of supports for Bioeconomy employers, including but not limited to:
◆ Establishing a pool of candidates interested in the Bioeconomy
◆ Opportunities to directly engage interested candidates
◆ Providing wage subsidies for Internship and Career positions
◆ No-cost access to TalentSorter, a state-of-the-art candidate screening software
◆ Funding for high-quality candidates to obtain upskilling and short-term training to meet specific requirements of the position.
Internship Positions
Internship positions are intended for current students, of any level, and recent graduates within the last six months. They are subsidized at up to 50%, up to $1,890 per month, for up to four months.
Career Positions
Career positions are subsidized at up to 50%, up to $2,100 per month, for five months. These are intended for employees that are being hired on a permanent basis that will continue after the program ends.
